Mickey Mouse Sweater Vest

Ready for church! Logan was so excited to wear his Mickey Mouse sweater vest to church today. He normally fights sweater vests, but when I showed him it had Mickey on it, he was more than happy to wear it. Plus Mickey is in a train which makes it even more exciting. He told us that Goofy (of Goopy as he says it) was driving the train. Too funny!
I wonder where he gets his Disney obsession from?

Weekend of playing!

Logan has had a weekend full of playing and fun! Saturday he spent all day playing with Daddy while Mommy went to a party. Saturday night after bathtime. We watched some baseball on tv, which inspired Logan to get his foam bat and practice his hitting. He kept trying to swing the bat like the players on tv, when they lift up one leg right before they swing. Logan found it difficult to lift his leg AND swing at the same time.

Sunday morning we went to the park to play for a little while. Logan had a great time. We got a little rain last night and didn't think about the playground equipment being wet, so Logan (and Mommy) got a little wet sliding down the slides.

Steering the big wheel.

Through the tunnel

You made it out!

Looks like Daddy's driving now.

Later at home, we built a fort and played in that for a while until we got Logan's tunnel out to play with, he and Dan were both standing in it and walking around the room.

Going to Work

Logan likes to pretend he's going to work like Dan. Here he is ready to go with Dan's shoes on and keys in hand. Sorry for the blurry pictures, they were the best we could do. Logan didn't wand to stand still.

Baking Cookies

We made peanut butter cookies yesterday. Logan was so excited. Though not at the part where the mixer was running. He's not a fan of loud noises (even though my mixer isn't that loud) and stood in the kitchen crying while it ran and wouldn't deal with the logic of 'if you want cookies it has to be loud for a few minutes' Once the mixer was done, I rolled the dough into balls and Logan got to smoosh them with a fork.
